Shipping Policy

Where we ship: Australia-wide, via Australia Post.

Dispatch times

  • In-stock items: dispatched from Sandgate QLD within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Pre-order / incoming stock items: clearly marked on the product page with an estimated delivery window (typically 2–3 weeks). The estimate is shown before you buy so there are no surprises.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150

  • Flat $10 standard shipping on orders under $150

  • Express post available at checkout for $11

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is lodged with Australia Post.

Delays: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll chase it up with Australia Post. For pre-order items, we'll email you if the estimated delivery date moves.
