Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Information

Some sizes and models are offered as pre-orders while stock is in transit from our suppliers.

• Estimated delivery: shown on each pre-order product page (typically 2–3 weeks from order date)

• Changes and cancellations: you can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@bramblebayathletic.com.au . After 24 hours your order is locked in with our supplier.

• Payment: full payment is taken at checkout to secure your pair.

• Delays: if the estimated delivery date changes, we'll email you. If a pre-order can't be fulfilled, you'll receive a full refund.

• Returns: pre-order items are covered by the same 28-day returns policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.
